Why April Is My Favorite Month

 Easter!

 Jesse's 10th Birthday. We resolved to start calling him Jesse.

Jesse wanted to eat Breakfast burritos, play MLB with Matthew,
and eat at Chuck-a-rama. What a great day!

 Spring Break! We decided last minute to go to Arizona and it was great,
except the long, long drive.

One night we dropped off Lydia, Jesse and Jane at BYU to find some fun, and they did!

Classic. We went to the Village to see Chanelle and eat some good 

food and the kids ended up dancing on the stage with a really nice guy.

I had just finished mopping the floor, which I never do (Dolly does),

 and then I dropped a bowl of salsa on Ruby's head...

I love April because Spring is my favorite season. Utah can get really ugly in the winter, but then a miracle takes place, and it becomes alive and beautiful again. Easter is also my favorite holiday because of it's meaning; celebrating and remembering the resurrection of our Savior. The gift of life after death with perfect bodies makes me so grateful for the resurrection and atonement of Jesus Christ. Nothing is better than the knowledge of that!

I love being a mother and wife. Especially a nurturer, loving and teaching my kiddies. I know that it is the most important, meaningful thing I could be doing.
