Code-Breaking

I emptied out Buggy's backpack the other day. Dozens of notes from teachers, assignments and wrappers were found and about 50 of these:

In french 11/16 means 100%!

Mainly world war 2 scenes and football plays. His nightstand it also filled to the top with these papers, it is quite a sight. 

But what I was most intrigued about was the code-breaking he seems to be doing, it's amazing!

One day I will learn how to "rotate image"

His math is staggering, what does it mean??!! I think we've got a beautiful mind on our hands.
